RAM VENKATRAMANI

Managing Director
Ram, is currently the Managing Director of IP Rings, a leading light engineering company involved in the manufacture of Steel Piston Rings and near net-shaped cold forged components.
As a 3rd generation family member; he serves on the Board of the 2.4 Bill USD Amalgamations Group who are involved in the manufacture of Tractors, Diesel Engines and Auto Components. He leads the group's investments in auto component manufacturing and distribution and serves on the Boards of companies such as Amalgamations Repco, George Oakes and India Pistons while providing strategic direction to the group's new mobility initiatives.
A Mechanical Engineer from the UK and an MBA from the University of Chicago, his achievements include negotiating JV agreements and setting up greenfield projects.
Ram is an Independent Director on the Board of Edutech NTTF and Parry Enterprises and has also served as President of the Madras Management Association (MMA), The Madras Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) and Auto Component Manufacturers Association (ACMA).

Bhalachandra Phadke

Chief Executive Officer
Bhalachandra, an engineer and Marketing Management post graduate, has more than 34 years of experience in automotive aftermarket. He was appointed at George Oakes Limited as the CEO, from January 2023. His experience and skills in business strategy, operations and team management, and his ability to drive results, have given him an enriching exposure to the world of business. Prior to George Oakes, he worked as a marketing head at Bosch Limited. Bhalachandra’s expertise lie in people management, market strategy development for sustainable growth. He will be responsible for developing the George Oakes Distribution of Automotive products and services in the aftermarket, as per the vision of the group.
